The relationship between the Query Editor tab and Result tabs

The relationship between the QUERY Tabs and the different Tab views in the - lower - DATA area is basically a parent-child relationship.

For every QUERY tab there can be a number of RESULT tabs that correspond to the number of queries last executed from that QUERY tab. Every Query tab also 'owns' its own MESSAGES, DATA.

So whenever you need to keep the result(s) of a query available then simply just do not execute any more queries from the same query tab and you will always be able to view the result(s) of the first query again - including the related Table DATA view, MESSAGES- by clicking the QUERY tab that is the 'parent' of the RESULT tab that you want to view.
